Giants vs Rams – One Team Set To Depart

After five weeks based at SkyCity in Auckland it's time to go home …….

The opening night of Finals Week will see the Mike Pero Nelson Giants and Wheeler Motor Company Canterbury Rams fight to survive - the winner will progress to another Elimination Final on Wednesday night, but for the loser it will be a trip to the airport instead and a flight home.

Tickets are available at the door or to pre-purchase click HERE.

Both the Giants and Rams will fancy their chances in the competition's unique 6th vs 7th battle with wins last Saturday to boost their confidence, plus for the first time in long time both teams are expected to suit-up full strength teams.

The Giants will like their chances given they beat the Rams twice during the regular season, but in each game there were some big names missing. Take a look.

  • Rams were without Reuben Te Rangi and Toby Gillooly
